Charter Hall engaged Vemi to design and construct two speculative suites within Wesley Place. The central objective was to optimize the existing space and enhance its inherent characteristics to elevate the appeal for prospective tenants.

Despite limited natural light, the primary goal focused on strategically incorporating light and bright finishes to create a more open and inviting environment. The concept of "Australiana" emerged during this process, infusing the suites with themes inspired by the Australian landscape.
