Vitality Village

Vitality Village, a $25 million project by ComLink, led the transformation of health and wellbeing services on the Sunshine Coast. Managed by Evoke Projects, the five-storey, 4700 m2 building in Birtinya's health precinct fosters collaboration, creativity, and collective impact.

Designed for multi-sectoral collaboration, communal areas encourage socialization and interaction among businesses. The versatile design includes dedicated spaces for various meeting styles, sizes, and types, accommodating training sessions, workshops, seminars, and formal meetings.

The mezzanine offers diverse seating for impromptu catch-ups, while acoustic booths provide flexibility for less formal meetings.
