Being actively involved in the Healthcare sector, this relocation aligns with their goals of collaboration with like-minded businesses.

The office design features a ""tech"" feel with blackened ceilings, polished concrete floors, and effective lighting, incorporating pops of purple for branding.

Biophilic elements like plants enhance feelings of health and wellbeing, in line with the precinct's focus. The open-plan design includes reception areas, meeting rooms, and a multipurpose breakout zone with tiered seating for flexibility and connection to an outdoor balcony for team wellbeing.
