Partnering with PGIM during the property search, Axiom provided various space plans, design layouts, and costings for different buildings, aiding PGIM in choosing their ideal space at Deutsche Bank Place, 126 Phillip Street, Sydney.

After selecting the location, Axiom managed the design and fitout, ensuring a premium appearance within budget and time constraints. The front-of-house area was tailored to reflect the company brand, with multiple meeting rooms easily accessible. To enhance aesthetics, structural columns were camouflaged with wall paneling, lighting, and signage by the Axiom team.
