Ausenco hired Valmont to evaluate three property choices, focusing on design and fit-out costs, aiming to create a space that aligns with the needs of clients and staff and their preferred work style. The goal was to reduce the office size by introducing a bookable hotdesking system.

The design of the office was to ensure a versatile in-office experience, where the physical setting caters to employees' varying tasks.

The office layout was to offer a blend of private focus areas, open workspaces, and communal areas for both teamwork and leisure.
