The project encompassed three distinct, sophisticated spaces at one address: Baix Restaurant, Bay 81 Wine Bar, and an exclusive 20-seat private dining room, each requiring a perfect balance of comfort, durability, and style.

To ensure the furniture perfectly complemented the venue's unique aesthetic, Ian tested a curated selection of samples to see and feel how different colours and textures interacted with the space's lighting and architecture across all three venues.
